Utah State Horticultural Association is professional organization by fruit growers for fruit growers.
The Utah State Horticultural Association is not-for-profit and managed by volunteers. Our purpose is to promote fellowship, cooperation and education among local commercial growers, both big and small. We focus on educational opportunities including best management practices in crop production, business development and using our farm ground sustainably. To do so, we closely cooperate with and utilize knowledge from local grower cooperatives, farms, packing houses, universities and governmental agencies. This allows us to keep abreast of developing trends and concerns in the industry.

While all sorts fruit are grown in the state of Utah, commercial fruit production is dominated by four species:
